The honest state

BundleBoB has not run a paid pilot yet. There is no contractor we can name, no close cycle we shortened, no roles we freed from double entry. Any site that shows you those numbers this early is showing you numbers it made up.

What is real: the product arc (Capture, then Control, then Intelligence), the list of systems we intend to connect, and the engagement model — one Forward Deployed Engineer, embedded, advisory not autonomous. Those are decisions, not results.

Our bar for a reference

When this page carries a story, it will meet all of these:

• A named firm, or a clearly described one if they prefer not to be named — never an anonymous composite presented as a single client
• Every figure traceable to a source record in their systems, not our estimate
• The wording of any quote approved in writing by the person quoted
• The things that did not work stated alongside the things that did

Being an early partner

The first few firms get an engineer with more of their attention and a direct line into what gets built into the core. In exchange we will ask, at some point, whether we can write up what happened. That conversation is explicit, and the answer can be no.
